Yanapex provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities — text tools, image tools, developer tools, and general utilities — at yanapex.com. Tools are provided for informational and productivity purposes, with no subscription or account required to use any of them.
3. How Your Data Is Processed
Most tools on Yanapex run entirely client-side: files and text you paste or upload are processed locally in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers. A small number of tools, such as PDF and DOCX conversion, process files temporarily in your browser's memory using JavaScript libraries. We do not store, log, or have access to the content of any file or text you process through the Service. You remain solely responsible for the content you process and for confirming you have the right to use it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Yanapex only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy of others. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Website's infrastructure, or scrape the Website in a way that degrades service for other users.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Yanapex is supported by non-intrusive advertising served through Google AdSense and similar providers. These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads. 6. Intellectual Property
The Yanapex name, logo, and website design belong to Yanapex. The output you generate using our tools — converted files, generated passwords, formatted text, and similar results — belongs entirely to you. We claim no ownership or license over content you create or process through the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The tools and services on Yanapex are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tool outputs — conversions, calculations, generated values — should be independently verified before you rely on them for critical, legal, or professional use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yanapex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
